YOGA - THE JOURNEY BEGINS
Join me for a two hour immersion into the foundations of yoga. Perfect for those just beginning their yoga journey and anyone wanting to revisit the all important fundamentals. You will be guided through individual asanas and learn how they link and flow them together.

What to expect
We will be exploring sun salutations, key standing and seated poses, breathing, meditation and relaxation – with a focus on healthy alignment and yoga terminology.
After a lengthy Savasana, you’ll leave the workshop with a better understanding of posture, breath and a deepened sense of awareness both physically and mentally.
All levels welcome, no yoga experience required. Just bring your enthusiasm!
