During pregnancy, yoga can play a key role in enhancing the experience of this precious time and empowering the mother-to-be to have the most conscious birth experience. Yoga can help women enjoy their pregnancy with minimal discomfort, cultivate breath awareness and strengthen the body in preparation for labour.

Prenatal Bundle

The bundle includes:

These have been specifically made to support you through the different stages of pregnancy.  These classes are suitable for complete beginners and give you the time to connect to your baby, building strength and confidence for birth and beyond.  You will feel empowered by the different themes throughout the videos, cultivating acceptance, confidence, trust and patience.  Yoga can help relieve any aches or tension that you might be experiencing, and foster a deeper connection to yourself and your baby, both mentally and physically. The classes will be divided into all three trimesters, but all are safe to dip into whenever you prefer.

Perfect for when you want to nurture yourself but suffering from morning sickness, or great to add onto the start or end of your physical practice, these meditations will offer you a feeling of deep relaxation and greater sense of gratitude.  Both of these meditations will help you get in a positive mindset for birth and beyond.  You and your baby will both benefit from you taking this time to calm your nervous system.

Great to take some time out and reconnect, this practice is a perfect way to start to your day.  We will be looking at alternative nostril breathing, naturally elongating the breath and softening the body so that you can tap into the parasympathetic nervous system.
