In this six week course we focus on helping you build strength for birth and beyond, relieving any aches or tension that you might be experiencing, and allowing you to feel confident in your beautiful ever-changing body.

This course has been specifically made to support you throughout the different stages of pregnancy and is suitable for complete beginners.  Offering you not only a opportunity to build strength, keep your range of motion, but also give you the time to connect to your baby. 

During pregnancy yoga can play a key role in enhancing the experience of this precious time and empowering the mother-to-be to have the most conscious birth experience. Yoga can help women enjoy their pregnancy with minimal discomfort, cultivate breath awareness and strengthen the body in preparation for labour.

To end our yoga practice, we will always arrive in relaxation to surrender to the experience of motherhood and making time for a vital nourishing rest. I recommend bringing with you multiple blankets and pillows, there is nothing more soul nourishing than a little nap so don't worry if you drift off.
