Boogie along to our Halloween Yoga Party for some of your favourite Halloween jams and guaranteed giggles throughout. You will be sweating out all of your fears through a 1 hour vinyasa flow and emerging as the BAD ASS person you are!
Complimented with half an hour of restorative yoga to settle into stillness and melt all of your worries away.
Finished off with a scrummy pumpkin pie and spiced chai latte.

18:00 Halloween Vinyasa Flow
At the start of class you will have the opportunity to acknowledge your fears and doubts - it is only when we are aware of them that we can begin to release and overcome them.
Focusing on sweating out our fears and letting go of the ego as we boogie around in our yoga poses and laugh our way through some serious Halloween bangers. You'll be flowing through a vinyasa practice to ignite the fire within and fully embody the bad asses that you are. Focusing on postures that some people (myself included) have a fear of, but with the group support we will smash it together!
19:00 - 19:30 Halloween Restorative Yoga
Finding stillness to allow your body to settle into complete bliss. This part of the class is focusing on slowing down, holding a few postures for a longer length of time. You will feel immersed in support physically from your blankets and pillows wrapped up around you, and emotionally from letting go of the fears and doubts that might be holding you back. Finding time to slow down and welcome in the change of season, the darker nights and the effects that this has on our bodies and emotions.
19:30 - 20:00 Did someone say pumpkin pie?!
Emerging out the end of our practice, soaked in love and support ready to nourish our bodies as well as our souls. I have prepared a vegan pumpkin pie with a spiced chai drink for us to enjoy with smiles and laughter after class. A great way to settle into all the autumn feels with the smell of cinnamon and pumpkin floating in the air. Delicious!
