Two Night Retreat

This retreat will offer you the best start to the new year! It will give you the time to slow down, to find clarity on your goals, your dreams, and your aspirations for the year ahead. Expect to leave with a renewed sense of purpose as we fill our days with heart felt yoga sessions, tranquil head and back massages, dream board and journaling workshops, gut friendly vegan foods, snuggled up reading books around the fire and star gazing in the evening in the wooden hot tub.  You will leave this retreat feeling inspired for your year ahead with a pocket full of dreams and a heart full of love.

Day One 

Arriving at 6pm you will have a guided tour around this incredible accommodation, it is full of traditional charm, with its thatched roof, stone floors, ancient oak beams and a wood-burning stove set into a huge fireplace. 


After you have made yourself at home in your room, we will meet around the fire to form a welcome circle, introducing ourselves and getting to know one another, followed by some delicious food and a winddown yoga session, already you will feel your body destress after a busy Christmas season, giving yourself the reset that you crave. 

Ending the evening unwinding around the fire, wrapped up in our blankets reading inspirational books.

Day Two

Starting our morning with a guided meditation, before moving our bodies through a vinyasa styled yoga flow invigorating our mind and body. After a wonderful wiggle on our mats we will fuel up for the day by delving into some delicious breakfast. There will be a selection of foods for you to choose from with the emphasis on promoting a healthy gut, like sampling some homemade Kombucha and sourdough bread. 

As soon as we have finished our breakfast we shall make our way around the fire for our journal and dream board workshop, carving the time out to find clarity with actionable, achievable steps towards our dreams and goals. 

Lunch will be served at 1pm followed by a fresh walk to the pub to sample the locally produced cider that you can order from the bar (optional of course!).  


Arriving back at our home you will have the time to do as your heart desires, either read your books, continue your mood board, melt in the hot tub or create your own organic face masks with me.

Dinner will be followed by a long Yoga Nidra session (Yogic sleep) for us to settle down into an evening filled with laughter, hot tub dips and star gazing.

Day Three

Having time this morning to gather our thoughts over a cup of tea or coffee, writing down some journal prompts to delve into the year ahead and our previous patterns and habits. This will be followed by a mindful yoga practise, to ring out the entire body of tension.


Before finishing our retreat we will enjoy one final breakfast all together, keeping the theme of gut friendly foods with homemade vegan yogurt and granola, ending our magical weekend together with a closing circle filled with clarity, love and new friends x


The massages will be spread over the weekend and you will be given your allotted time once you have arrived at the retreat.  You will receive a professional 30 minute back and head massage, given to you by the wonderful Momma JuJu who will allow your body to drop into a state of bliss.



We will be serving Vegan gut friendly focused foods through the weekend, there has been so much research around the link to our guts and our wellbeing, I will be creating our meals around probiotic rich foods, high fibre to help aid digestion with a sprinkling of omega 3 fatty acids.  Not only this but we will be practicing eating mindfully, slowing down and fully savouring all the flavours. I promise that all of the meals will be delicious and you will not go hungry.  If you have any food allergies please let me know in advance so that we can alter accordingly.

Style of Yoga

In all of my classes I act as a guide and you take full control of what your body would like to do, it's your practice and your body, you know your body better than anyone else ever could.  I focus on self-love and compassion towards ourselves, there is no judgement, no expectations, all I ask is that you find what feels good, follow your curiosity and above all have fun - we'll laugh, smile and not take ourselves too seriously.

Vinyasa Flow-


I offer a playful variation of vinyasa starting with a mindful meditation to set an intention for our practice ahead.  This gives us space to check in with how we feel in the current moment and respond to what the body and mind are in need of. 

We then move gently, focusing on sensations in the body and begin to find a flow.  This will allow us to become completely present moving as one with our breath and body, finding curiosity, support and laughter. We will end the class by slowing the movements back down, tapping into our parasympathetic nervous system and finding peace in stillness whilst inviting all our senses to the present moment and dropping into a state of bliss and gratitude.

Wind Down- 

Life is all about balance, we will also enjoy this time to take it slow, to reconnect back to ourselves, to recharge our batteries.  We will spend the whole class taking slower movements, fully appreciating our bodies and what they are capable of, releasing any events or thoughts from the week that are holding us back and welcoming in the new.  Ending in shavasana with blankets and pillows and fluffy socks, fully nourished and cocooned in love.

Yoga Nidra - 

This is a beautifully simple practise, finding yourself in the most restful position possible surrounded in blankets and pillows. We try our best not to fall to sleep (But its totally okay if you do!) and just follow along mentally to the guidance given so that we can relax consciously.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking to secure your room and space.

Payment of the remaining amount is due 3 months before the retreat
takes place.

In the case that we have a stringent lockdown which means the retreat cannot go ahead, you will receive a full refund.

The retreat will follow any UK COVID-19 safety guidelines in place at the time.


We are very relaxed and you can take part as much or as little as you like, if you are not local and want to venture into Totnes to explore, you are more than welcome to!

(It will be your own responsibility to make your way there and back).
