Pregnancy yoga is suitable for both beginning students and experienced practitioners.

Yoga can help women enjoy their pregnancy with minimal discomfort, cultivate breath awareness and strengthen the body in preparation for labour.

POSTNATAL MUM & BABY YOGA
This class provides an opportunity to spend quality time with your new baby and have fun as we
move through yoga poses that feel great, build strength and stability, enhance your sense of
connection, and nurture you as the incredible loving mommas (& papas) that you are!
You can expect to get giggly as you include your baby in your practice throughout this fun class.
From blowing raspberries in plank, to tickling and singing in forward fold, you and your baby will be
sure to leave with smiles on your faces.
