SIX YOGA VIDEOS
These have been specifically made to support you through the different stages of pregnancy. These classes are suitable for complete beginners and give you the time to connect to your baby, building strength and confidence for birth and beyond. You will feel empowered by the different themes throughout the videos, cultivating acceptance, confidence, trust and patience. Yoga can help relieve any aches or tension that you might be experiencing, and foster a deeper connection to yourself and your baby, both mentally and physically. The classes will be divided into all three trimesters, but all are safe to dip into whenever you prefer.
