It all started with my mums Barbara ann currie's yoga yoga video and progressed into our local village hall classes, where me and my mum would go every week. I remember feeling so stiff and having tingles in my toes when in a seated forward fold. I was not a naturally flexible person, and my toes felt so far away when I first started. Little did I know it would help me though some of the toughest experiences of my life, teach me all about myself and continue to amaze me to this very day.

Straight after my teacher training I dived right in to teaching, wanting to spread my love of yoga to anyone that would listen. I have been teaching for 4 years and am still very much in love, its a constant evolution (that's not always linear) and there is always something new to learn or explore.
My (Vinyasa and flowing) classes are challenging but inclusive, we all challenge ourselves knowing that is where the magic happens. I have been at every stage you are at, and I offer plenty of options and support for what feels right for you to do on that day. I am so lucky that we have an amazing group of kind humans that comes regularly to class, everyone supports each other and will cheers you on. You will see me literally jumping for joy when you finally nail that one pose you have been focusing on, not just because of what you have physically just achieved but because I understand the mental strength it takes to trust and believe in yourself to get there.
Even though I offer some playtime and a focus for each class, both physically and mentally. There is always a method to the madness, when I get us to do something a bit silly its because I believe that health is so much more than just movement. This is why I include playtime in my classes, its our time to shake off any seriousness in our heads and get back into our bodies. I believe that laughter is the best medicine and this is what play time brings, as well as building a strong supportive community, giving you time to connect to the people next to you on the mat.

On a more personal note,
I am a ocean baby and love to be by the sea, in or around the sea in any form from surfing, to paddle boarding, or just a coastal walk with my little fur baby Binky (shes a chihuahua with a big sassy personality).
I love reading self help books, drinking coffee, eating plants, making komboucha, listening to Jack Johnson and the quickest way to my heart is with a loaf of fresh bread.

2. High vibe Space
I am always seeking knowledge, and furthering my education so that I can share and seep it into our classes. Finding new and effective ways to support you to the very best of my ability. The next training I have my sights on is my 500hours teacher training, a teaching arm balances training and teaching handstands training. With the hope to set up weekly drill classes to support you towards flying.
