Swim and Soup
Starting off our mini escape with a presence yoga flow, we will be mobilising our joins and finding space through our body by exploring our full range of movement. In every pose you will get an opportunity to renew your commitment to staying present. Following the class we will run fearlessly into the sea immersing our body's into the fresh ocean offering a welcome reset to the mind and body. Once we have dried off, we take a small walk up to the Bigbury Cafe and enjoy all the wonderful treats that they have instore for us, including a delicious vegan soup, cake and an iced drink.

What to expect
Meet me at Bigbury Beach ready to begin our yoga practice, focusing on what is happening right now, even if we have created these shapes in our bodies hundreds of times can you be fully present with the sensations of this pose? The physical practise of yoga will be focused on mobilising our joints and finding space and exploring our full range of movement. We will be using breathing techniques to help drop us into the present moment.
After we have finished our yoga practise, we will run fearlessly into the sea immersing our body's into the fresh ocean offering a welcome reset to the mind and body. Enjoying the feeling of community having a playful dip, chat and swim around.
Ending our afternoon with a wonderful treat, we will slowly wonder up to the cafe to enjoy some delicious vegan soup, cake and an iced drink. Where the cafe is situated you get the most beautiful views of Bigbury beach for us to soak up. The cost of all of this is included in the price of this event and will all be suitable for vegans! Please do let me know if you have any allergies before the event day so that i can let the cafe know.
Once we have finished our food we will say our goodbyes with a grater sense of gratitude in our hearts, feeling the powerful benefits from begin present.
