Yoga and Brunch
A Relaxing morning of yoga, delicious food and good company. I will be guiding you through an energizing morning vinyasa flow, followed by some relaxing deep stretches to allow you to start your day feeling refreshed, empowered and full of gratitude. After class we will head downstairs and enjoy a delicious breakfast and coffee full of goodness to nourish & set you up for the weekend ahead.

What to expect
Meet me at the Eversfield farm shop as I direct you up to the wellness loft where you will be greeted with smiles by the rest of the group.
We will start our morning with a guided meditation focusing on finding joy and gratitude. This will be followed by an energising vinyasa flow with the focus on linking our bodies with our breath, finding a rhythm and flow to awaken the entire body. We will bring our focus on what is happening right now, even if we have created these shapes in our bodies hundreds of times can you be fully present with the sensations of each pose? Completing our session with some deep stretches to release any physical tension and create space for gratitude.
After class if you will get to spend time with like-minded people, creating new friendships and enjoying a lovingly made breakfast and coffee. The breakfast and coffee is all included in the cost of the event, but please do let me know if you have any allergies ahead of time. As you are booking on you will have a list of breakfast options for you to chose from, weather you are vegan or a full carnivore you are all welcome and there are options for all.
Once we have finished our food we will say our goodbyes with a grater sense of gratitude in our hearts, feeling the powerful benefits from begin present.
If you have time after our morning together Totnes is a beautiful little town with lots of unique shops and stalls, why not have a little walk around the cobbled streets and see what there is on offer!
